Looks: Very similar to stature to his half brother, Gaara, the only difference between the two is the colors of their hair. While Gaara has auburn hair like their father, Deero has black hair, much like his mother. Also, unlike Gaara, he has no mark on his forehead.
Personality:
Very Vague and depressing, much like an earlier, younger Gaara, he had been cast of from his village, due to him not being of his father's marriage, and cast away by his father upon birth. He was raised in the desert by his single mother and upon her death, the little light he had inside of him faded.

Background Info.
History:
The result of an affair from the Fourth Kazekage and a maid, he was doomed to a bleek start from the beginning, quickly ousted as a baby, from birth, denied the right to live among his own brother and villager alike. His mother held a bitter grudge, and struggled to keep him and herself alive in the desert.
At the age of twelve, his mother's health began to deteriorate at a hastend pace due to the dry, arrid climate of the desert, and she died soon after, due to dehydration and lack of food. Forced to fend for himself, he soon drank the blood from his mother's dehydrated corpse, crying while he did so only to stay alive. Soon after he did this, with the little energy he had, he began trecking through the desert, desperatley searching for water. After walking hundreds of miles with no water, he was certain to have met the same fate as his mother, until a looming figure in a Red clouded black robe noticed him on the verge of death. Sasori, seeing a nice new puppet, withdrew a poison tipped kunai, to put the half dead child out of his misery, and as he threw it towards the childs head, the child cried out, for help, and to Sasori's dismay, the kunai thrown towards the child had been reflected by some unknown force. After remembering a similar course of events, he looked at the child's hair and saw a striking resemblance to one of his previously created puppets. Sasori then took pity on the child, and raised him up with him, taking him along with him for a few years, teaching him of his own ablities, eventually honing them to surpass even Sasori's own abilities over his puppet's.
After reaching a suitable age, Deero then parted ways with Sasori, after overhearing Sasori's plan to kill him, and make him into a puppet as well.
He also learned of his brother, who had recently led an Attack on one of the villages.
After spending years in solitude, hidden in the sands of the desert, he has risen up, to claim his rightful spot as the Kazekage, determined to remove his brother from the Kage position after learning of his loss of the Shukakku.
