A few things wrong with your thread

-You are comparing Tobi's base speed with Minatos
-Your pictures are messed up
- Rofl Tobi's tracking was good only because of zetsu :sy:
-Your hyping him by saying he was able to control the nine tails but I think anyone skilled in sharigan such as Itachi and Sasuke can replicate

In ways you're overrating Tobi but he was already in my #2 spot

It is not obvious who controlled Yagura...

And that edo tensei shit... I can't even think about bigger BS than Edo Tensei performed by Tobi LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOl.

It was proven in the manga that TOBI was the one who controlled Yagura when he revealed his face to Kisame after Itachi died, during that scene, Kisame recognised him as the same guy who controlled Yagura and even refered to Tobi as 'Sandaime Mizukage sama'.

you should probably include something about his healing..
its obvious his body is like zetsus some how
he stopped amateratsu(didnt feel like looking up correct spelling)
survived a resengan to the back and survived to walk/teleport away
survived konans blast

off subject, i first thought he was a zetsu clone of madara, like the one of the first hokage that they say is alive but unconscious, but now im confused again..lol
he hasnt used techniques madara has used or any of madaras great strengths.
Tobi really only fights w/ his eyes and the chakra chains..
im sure madaras death has to do w/ tobis birth.
cant wait to find everthing out
