There is no such thing as edo pain, i suppose you mean edo nagato.
If so then nagato wins. Saying all this i believe its a misconception when people say it took 3 attacks to destroy ct. First nobody knows whether a tbb alone an rs or a 3 tomoe yasaka's magatama can destroy a forming ct. The reason why they combined their attacks was to increase their chances of destroying it, you can say it was a safe option to make sure ct is destroyed.

Secondly although itachi hasnt shown attack that can destroy it, the reason why he formatted the strategy and implemented it was because he has finally recognised what a team mate is. He now knows that doing something alone and not recognising your team mates leads to failure and that is basically what he said to naruto;

So whilst we have no idea whether any of the 3 attacks alone couldve stopped ct, its very clear that itachi intended for all 3 to destroy it instead of him taking it upon himself and the manga link above should explain why. Saying all this edo nagato wins U_U

same can be said to you, except i can back up my claim whereas you sir, cannot. plus, amaterasu is not an effective jutsu for this type of circumstance as it is quite slow burning, itachi would be better served to keep spamming magatama.
