sorry but with the mito seal release, that kinda attack won't work against tsunade unless you chop her head off, the mito seal work like kyubi chakra when naruto release it in the chunin exam. its like chakra boost that shock the entire body let alone the fact that tsunade can dodge all neji attack,

Well, i don't think so, it depends of where are they. If it is in a place where Tsunade can punch things to collapse something or if she gets in a middle range to give a punch at the ground it would destabilize Neji.

Exactly, That was a rib and rotation isn't a "shabby" defense it was said to be better than Garra's sand defense.
