It's not about reaction it's about predicting where the person will move in FTG.

How could he predict when even A didn't notice he was gone til AFTER the fact he was already at B....

we still dont know the extent of minato skill due to lack of exposure compared to other characters but i really think that his FTG wont work well against mass genjutsu.

It can be predicted but what can you do when is instant no matter how fast you
are you cant do anything agains instant not moving at speed of light but it take no time at all

To those referring to hand signs:

Itachi performs his hand signs at extremely high speeds.

And Minato has not shown many hand signs. Remember that different Jutsu require different amounts of signs and some require you to charge a certain hand sign. If we ever get more info on Minato and his hand signs, then you can speak about them.

Go read the manga when Sasuke and itachi were throwing them kuani's at each other itachi had time to make a shadow clone even sasuke who has the sharinban didnt even notice. We seen minato make hand signs to teleport the tbb and that would be to slow for Amaterasu.

I did say preemptive strike did I not. If you shoot a fireball at the seal and he teleports instantly there he will get hit by the fireball. That is the logic I am trying to pass down.

If you remember back to his fight with A, A was all prepared to attack and kill him once he teleported to one of his kunai, though he didn't anticipate the kunai he put on B's tentacle. So, I'd say it can be beat.

Yeah....but we've seen that S/T jutsu do some WILD shyt....but without the proper intel on it...all we can do is assume...just like SOME PEOPLE are assuming that Amaterasu and the Sword of Totsuka has SPEED feats....LOLxd

Modern Science dictates that Space and Time must not be mentioned separate when referring to time travel or teleportation.

And the reason it's called Space-Time is because he can travel through the Space-Time continuum in matter of seconds. Space-Time because he's actually warping spacetime itself to travel to another destination.

Exp: From here to NY it takes 3 hours. But if you fold space time( i.e FTG) you can get there in a matter of seconds.

I'm not sure if you can actually travel through spacetime and actually take a pee break.
