sakura is overated and naruto is under rated

can someone explain to me why sakura and naruto have the same same total stats. it is confusing but they both have a total of 26 and i doubt sakura is anywhere near naruto. how is sasuke 31.5? that means he is on the same level as guy.:shrug:

Because Base Naruto and Sakura are the same strength. Its when Senjutsu or Kurama's power enters the question that Naruto becomes stronger. Sasuke base is better than Naruto base. However, after powerups Naruto would currently beat Sasuke.
