Sensei's that do not train

is there really any difference? busy sensei and inactive one are almost the same, just that busy one is busy training others and inactive one isn't here



that isn't quite right, but not even quite wrong, actually the thing is, that if i train people like for example Taiketsu Yagami (my best friend on NB) than i enjoy it, it is awesome, but than i train someone who doesn't even like me and i don't like him, but i have to train him. hope it clears some things up + i don't want to sound like this, but after some time, you get tired of training, that's how it is with me at least, but i do train, because i want to help NB as much as i can

Well the I regularly check the ones who are busy to see if they are done or in case i missed a application thread thing. But being a long ass list if the inactive ones are say a different color. (Not saying taking away sensei) Then it'd be faster to check which the active ones to see if they are done.

I've got exams, my father keeps trying to kill himself, i'm in a custody battle with my father and step mother for my baby brother, one of my brothers is a complete **** upsetting my mother alot, i've got other problems with friends and it all amounts to one suckish life.

Now, i don't train, but what do i do? I do a hell of a lot of battle tests, more than most and i do them very well. I also judge alot of battles, i'm sorting the sage mode tournament finals. Not only this but i'm currently in the process of reworking an old rp system (the new age rp) so that we can have it active and make more fun for all of you.

You want to take away my sensei title because i'm not training? I do more work than alot of sensei, even the ones that do train. No offence to any sensei when saying this but seriously. I've passed the sensei test twice, doing both versions. I've also been teaching in the medical school, while answering alot of rp questions daily. By alot i mean about 40+ questions about rp.

Before you open your mouth, don't. You don't understand the system, and you're really narrow minding. This is just one of those bitching threads and it makes me not want to train more.

Now if i lose my sensei title, i shouldn't be allowed to conduct tests, people wouldn't see me as someone they could ask questions to ect. Also the sensei title is like a badge that shows you deserve some respect for what you do/have done and that you are a role modle in the rp.

Now back to normal me: "You can go f*ck yourself if you want to take away my title, i earnt it you little brat, stop b!tching and go waste your time else where instead of pissing us off, when we've done more for this site than you ever will"

Wow...I can definetly see where your coming from and i'm sure i sent a few msgs to you about training me or other questions. But I also watch the battle test...alot. ANd notice that your busy alot doing other things. I personally prefer you to do battle test cause some of those are people testing to be more sensei's lol. I hope my comments haven't offended you but...if i had all that going on then i would have been pissed too.

I'm sorry but I didn't even know half of the stuff you did. Forgive me for making a bland assumption.

I know you earned it. Just because of the fact I new to the site or that I am asking for training doesn't make me a one-perceptive. It appears to be that you are stereotyping noobs, most of the stereotyping about how most noobs don't understand shit is true. Though I am not like and you cannot just make an assumption of me just because I asked a few questions. Maybe I asked them in a rude way but yeah... I wasn't bitching. I hope you aware of that. I have made about 3 training requests since my time here and I am aware of the situation you sensei's go through.

Also, everything he has just is completely true, he has done more for NB in his years here than 95% of people. Just by what he HAS done, and IS doing, he completely deserves his Sensei title and that should not change and neither should the color of his name.

Yes. I have seen sensei's say countless times that they are busy and can't train. For example, Kagutsuchi, he has had a message on his profile for a long time that he cannot train until summer. Then why has he had his orange name for soo long? If can't train then he should give up the title of sensei and then when he does have time he can just regain it, can't he?

Also another sensei, The Pervy Sage when was the last time he had trained? O_O
I know he was inactive for a while because of RL but when has he openly trained anyone else other than his personal student? O_O

Pervy has been teaching around since ages, (not sure since 2010) and he deserves to have a time off. You don't have the right to demand Pervy to give up his senseiship just because you didn't get back any vms/pms w/e from him or your vm just got flooded with the other vms. There are more senseis out there any why Pervy? Kagutsuchi? It seems like you have no respect for neither of the senior senseis around here... I'm sorry Pervy that you have to deal with these kind of people... I'll apologize in his name.

This is completely a complaint thread & in no way needed..if you search this section of the forums there is at least once/twice a week a thread about Sensei's & training & how hard it is to get training.

To the rest of this like Pervy said orange titles are more than just known for training, Sensei's are also here to answer any RP questions, help with battle tests, evaluate Battles taken place in the Arena section & so on.
They also have there own lives just as Mods do, in no way do they have any reason to explain to why they cannot take on students as it is there own life & they do what they can..This has all lead due to your lack of finding a teacher, but understand that Sensei's are not the only ones that can train you hence the reason for Senpai's & the newly added Shishou / Masters.

I only started the whole RP thing recently (1 monthish) (With the help or Pervy) & I have found 2 Senpai's willing to teach me, maybe I got lucky but the point is most people make it out as if it is impossible.

Deciding to single out certain Sensei's was not a good idea as pervy proved..People should understand that they have no right to complain about a free fun service that others are willing to volunteer towards to help better the system, Where did you think this thread was going to get you?..Sensei's piling up to teach you because they did not want you to be mad at them?

The fact that Sensei's started out as normal Rpers & decided to help thorugh there own choice is merit enough to allow them to train who & when they want..It has become a job now leaving no fun for them having to do the same thing over & over again & its just plain disrespectful that some people just dont understand this

Senpai: a substitute for a sensei.

a senpai is a person personally selected by a sensei to help that sensei with training the over loads of students, or replace the sensei when he/she is on vacation, (YES, vacation, they are human beings too) Inactive because of computer problems (they aren't God you know) or are busy with, THE REAL WORLD
senseis work 3 times, maybe 4 times harder than normal members, so they have to rest from now to then, that's why they have senpais. if you want to train but they are busy, simply ask permission to be trained by their senpais. 10/10 shikena

I agree 100% just because their inactive they get it took away? Def if they have a senpai. Thats keeping the flow of training flowing...... So because they have RL issues they get it tooken away? So will they take Izunas Mod ship away? If you really look into it. Favoritism is played amongst the people they De-Sensei and who they dont. They said they only took inactive senseis , Senseiship away but i can give you about 3 that are inactive. and its not hard

Well I'm can't really say if its favortism or not cause well I actually don't have facts to back that up But anyways. I don't agree with sensei's having there title stripped away for inactivuty If the Inactivity is long for example 3-4 months maybe more well then I think thats reasonable but Anyways sensei's train cause they feel like it its not an obligation. Just like Mods do there duties cause they want to help out not because they are obligated on doing so.

No offence but what startles me the most is when they criticize hard working senseis as if it's mandatory for them to do this
they don't pay senseis to do this, they choose to do this for their leisure so even though they can't teach for just a little while, i think we should all appreciate the hard work they've done and just bear with the time, we should understand that senseis are not just chosen at blank, they must be responsible people so we should atleast take it that they have a genuine reason for becoming abstinent in training and make inquiries as to why they became inactive when they come back
