No, the body is not left behind. The person merely shifts into a ghost-like form temporarily, allowing them to pass through any physical object. However, there is a short time limit where the user is immobilized and left vulnerable for about a time of 5 seconds when the technique is used.

A chakra disruption field. It would be an area effect which is proportionate to the amount of chakra I put into casting and sustaining it. The field would disrupt the ability of anybody within the field to mold chakra (it would not affect myself since it is an area effect radiating outward from my own body). The field would also nullify any chakra based attack that enters into the field from outside of it. For instance, if a TBB is shot into my field, it would be nullified. The downside is that any ninjusu or genjutsu I would cast outward from my body would also be nullified (this keeps it from being overpowered). However, I would still be able to enhance my taijutsu with chakra since it wouldn't enter the field. However, depending on the size/duration of the field I may not have enough chakra to augment taijutsu. Therefore, this would be more of a defensive or support jutsu for a taijutsu based squad rather than an offensive jutsu.

I would make a jutsu that can control parisites and viruses or something of the sort ..

I would create a jutsu that causes the bones of the reciever to start growing, like kimimaro, except the bones grow inwards towards vital organs and the circulatory system. They would try to keep fighting to the end, but every second means more jagged bone tearing and shredding with every movement they make. Theoretically dooming, technically damaging of the body, and degrading of the mind.

I'd go for using Steel Release as a means to create weapons and shields (kinda like FMA) from the earth, the blood or even one's body. The Impervious Armour is one thing, but utilizing its metallic nature as a means for attacking is another. Also, in combination with that, I'd have the Puppet Technique-like chakra threads to control the created weapons/shields and swing them around like Kratos.
