Finding out Devas techniques weakness

Sure Minato has less feasts than Kakashi and Itachi bcuz he died on the same day when he had his time screen. :x Although he also had some time screen when the anime turned around Kakashi's life as a kid-ninja.

Kakashi sure has more feasts than Itachi and Minato since he had "A LOT" of time screen, he was always there I mean he is in almost all chapter. lol
The reason why people say Minato and Itachi had more feasts is bcuz their feasts were the best/highest ones.

It be Kakashi>Itachi>Minato if we're talking about who have MORE FEASTS.

Talking about intelligence perhaps I'd say Minato>Itachi>Kakashi.
Itachi is a genius, but Minato showed to be even more genius than Itachi.
Bcuz of Minato Itachi have someone to trust the ninja's world, "Naruto".
Back then Minato thought about the future and will succeed. Itachi thought about future too to help his brother but he failed, now he regrets that he pretended to be someone he wasn't.

Tobi was too intelligent to get right back on the next morning.
He wouldn't do a thing, he would have to face Hiruzen and other, and unfortunately he wouldn't have Kiuuby bcuz the seal was already restored.

he just did things because he believe in the lotery numers and he will get it in the future..

like i said, minato's super future plan, was base on gambling with the luck!
that is not be smartass thats being lamely lucky..

the whole tobi comes back to the village the next day of minato dying. will ruined his plan but plot wont allow it..

If Tobi would ever get back next morning he would have to face Hiruzen and other ones. (There were strong ninjas in village) And he wouldn't be able to break the seal. So he didn't move.

Sure Minato must have thought about the possibility of Tobi coming back and for this case there were strong ninjas in the village and Kiuuby totally sealed and restored(seal wasn't weak anymore) or if he didn't think about this possibility then it was bcuz he quickly realized Tobi wouldn't get back so soon.

Tobi didn't know about the incident by the same day.
Only the villagers new and Hiruzen tried to figure out why 4th had done that.

And the whole konoha at that era >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the old Tobi as he wouldn't have Kiuuby again. ^^

I would add oro too but he has no intelligence feats 'in battle', in fact, he actually has stupidity feats in battle, his genius was just in the scientific sense.

Me, I am the person who came up with the theory that Tobi is the Ichiraku ramen dude, it all makes sense. You may ask why did Pain attack Konoha? It was all the Ichiraku ramen guy because he wanted a free re-model of his shop and after the battle people would get hungry and he would get $. Why did he start the war? Obviously to lower the tax rate so he could open many branches as possible you guys have to think.

The post asks who have more feasts of intelligence and not who is the smartest one.
If including Tobi then it's Kakashi>Itachi>Tobi>Minato.

Try to name how many feasts Minato did and compare with how many Kakashi has done so far.
Even smallest feasts still are feasts. Kakashi while near death when Pain was attacking the village he could use Kamui to save Chouji bcuz Chouji had a valuable info to relate to Hokage, he used Kamui knowing he would die and saved Chouji its a feast too. Sure he had done lot more than that while alive.
Minato only did those few feasts we know. Tell me one of Minato's feasts that is currently unknown by me?!
Itachi did 4 or 5 feasts more than Minato.
Tobi did some of then too, when it comes to Minato I can only think about 2 feasts he has done, protecting the village and killing 50 guys in a blink of an eye...

Kakashi was always present in the serie, he was always there unlikely Itachi who had much less screen time than Kakashi.
