I don't like to sugar coat CnC you will never improve if I just tell you nice work ! As your new its completely understandable im sure you will improve fast !

sorry but to be honest i dont like it at all the text is hard to read and doesnt match and i dont like the background either really

Its not that great tbh with you, but you are only new gfxing so first off I suggest you look up some tutorials for what ever you're using(photoshop,Gimp) the sig you made has zero blending,depth or flow. Three of just several things needed to create a nice looking sig, the floating head syndrome(just the name given to a sig that only has a head in it) is also a really bad idea it usually doesn't look good and is often boring to look at. The text really doesn't help the sig in anyway and it looks rather sloppy and isn't the clearest text to read, but I'm sure if you read/watch a few tutorials you will improve quickly just keep practicing.
