which implies

the first was the sage himself

tobi thinks he was the second

and nagato was the third

yea the logic is flawed. Since the so6p had two sons, that means for yor list to be accurate the senju son would have possessed 2 paths, 3 if you somehow threw namikaze in there and 4 if he learned sage mode from god knows where. But given just the 2 (since you include uzumaki, a relative descendant of senju) then that means all pure blood senjus arent just one path but 2 already, meaning its bull that they magically lost a path when the uzumaki clan was created. Also your subjects to go with the clans and modes make little sense, for one nagato had the paths of the sage in his use and if i recall he didnt rock a bijuu at anytime. Also physical strength for senju? i assume you are reffering to tsunades ability to practically destroy the planet with one fist? which was a technique she learned by channeling her vast amount of chakra into her fist, which she taught to sakura and has been seen many times in her air time, so thats another mistake unless you try some crap about sakura being senju as well.
