Like i've said, like you know almost every MS user have side effects of their jutsus. Just see Itachi after tsukiyomi(sweating terrible and almost fall of unconsciousness), after Amaterasu(coughing up blood) or after Susanoo(he died). Like Sasuke also against Danzo after Amaterasu(sweating), maintaining Susanoo for too long(coughing up blood). EMS Sasuke is an exception so far.

But that doesn't makes them impossible to fight after using them.

i never said its impossible for kakashi to fight after he use kamui, all i said that it will leave him open from attack for a moment

I won't say it left him completly open for a moment since he can still move but not that properly, but yes his actions are reduce at that moment and the opponent could try to take advantage of this(if he notice it of course), but side effects don't take as long as you must probably think.

Kakashi is a natural genius, evidenced by the speed he rose through the ninja ranks;
Kakashi's most distinguishing ability is his Sharingan...

With it he can perform Kamui, a technique that sucks everything within a small area to another dimension. When he is first seen using Kamui, he lacks proper control, leaving him prone to either hitting targets he was not aiming for or missing completely. He improved his skill with Kamui by the Invasion of Pain, seen when he successfully sends fast-moving projectiles to another dimension with it. Kamui's chakra requirements are even greater than those of the standard Sharingan, such that he has to be hospitalised for a week after using it three times in one day. Despite Kamui being his only known Mangekyō Sharingan technique, he is familiar with Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Susanoo. He is also aware of the risk the Mangekyō Sharingan poses to the user's eyesight, though he has never shown signs of deteriorating vision.....

its long enough for kage level ninja to attack him, and whether the opponent notice or not its natural for the opponent to attack him right away, unless the opponent like to talk about how awesome he is

To illustrate what i'm talking about, just take an example in the fight between Itachi and Sasuke. Itachi had side effect of Amaterasu, and Sasuke directly attacked him with katon, but like you have seen, he was able to move in time. Another example is Sasuke right after Amaterasu was attacked by Danzo, but he was able to move in time even after having side effects of it.

that never happened last time i checked itachi use amaterasu after sasuke release that fire ball jutsu
and also what sasuke attack with amaterasu is illusion created by izanagi,
and sasuke vs danzo full with plot no jutsu
