In all honesty that list is flawed. Where is Muu and Onoki. The third raikage should make an appearance somewhere though I reckon 2/3 of the sannin have the intellect and ability to make him it himself. Where's the second Mizukage?

I think Itachi and Sasuke, and, Jiraiya and Orochimaru should switch places. Hashirama should be higher up on the list and A should be on this list. He's the fastest shinobi alive, snapped some of Susanoo's bones, and he nearly killed Sasuke. I say he's stronger than him. Tsunade shouldn't even be on this list. Sure, she's strong, but there are other characters, like Kakashi and Mu, who could beat her.

Huh?? I find a couple things wrong with that picture....#2, still a no go. tobi didn't have 6 paths....Minato was surpassed by Naruto....other than that...I can kinda agree with...
