Yup, after this he's either losing an eye ( 1 ms ability and susanno) or regenerating it


In any case, if kabuto accepts his fate and ends edo tensei, itachi is going to dissapear along with madara

He obviously wont regenerate that eye since it isn't physical injury. His Sharingan has dissappeared, I believe the reason the eye hasn't closed is because Izanami isn't over yet.
