I've been wondering about this match up. Especially now that Itachi has shown Izanami (as a last resort, though).

-Itachi is at full health, and non edo.
-A has both arms

-Tsunade's most recent regeneration is not known about

I think this is a pretty close match. Who wins?

Note that Sasuke probably would have killed A, or both would have died, when Sasuke had an imperfect Susanoo.

This fight would be an interesting turnabout. While I personally think that the Uchiha brothers are going to win, I'll have to say that if they ever fought, the match will be fairly close.

Oonoki gets hit with amaretsu off the bat ~ gaara will bet a tough in air match but sasuke easily penetrates using esiou or susanoo arrows or sword

It would be a good fight. I think 5 Kages win. Itachi and Sasuke can't win against five of them.

This is an unfair match-up to be honest. As strong as the two Uchiha's are, there's no possible way they could survive against five Kages.
A with his speed and Raiton armor would be more than a handful for Itachi, specially since he's been shown to have been able to block Amaterasu.
Tsunade with her boss strength could potentially break through Susanoo and keep the other four Kage at full health. Gaara, Onoki and their boss sand, rock tech's would just be over-kill.
And Mei, well, she'll just melt their faces off ^^
