Killer Bee would win. A TBB would take out all of Kakuzu's heart at once. A huge scale attack can take out multiple hearts. Rasenshuriken, although it is an improved version of the rasengan, is still a version of the rasengan which is based off the TBB

I will especially the way you described kakuzu. You described him as if he wouldnt defend himself as if he really needs to. Destroying his hearts arent that simple unless he chooses to make it that simple. He has five hearts each he can just move to any length he wants from his body and still move fine.

He shows in the top right panel that he can move his hearts within his hair/thread which can be stretched and shikamaru goes in debt with explaining that he cna chose to have all his hearts attack you.

Bee> Raikage. Enough said imo. Raikage said it himself. Be took on Sasuke with ease until ameratersu. He also took on jugo.. I am sorry but i do not see the ninjutsu doing much to him....

Bee's chakra focus is uncanny. he can pierce a heart with a pencil he would catch kazuku off guard just once and could get 2 hearts in moments.
