the databook is heavily outdated. plus in the most recent databook, it claimed tobi was madara. kishi is always giving us new information and changing around what he originally said about people. sakura was once a failure who didnt know any jutsus and had a score of 1 in nearly every databook category. the databook claimed that tobirama didnt create edo tensei, orochimaru did. the databook claimed itachis invincible.

Hiruzen's hype > his in any case

Hiruzen wins with hype and feats (knowing every jutsu that existed in Konoha).

when has that been a tangible feat? he does not know every jutsu because he cant perform the secret clan jutsus like aburamas, and he cant do kekkei genkais like byakugan. so him knowing every jutsu is impossible
