Itachi can't use Susano'o?

Since Itachi lost his Sharigan and susano'o needs 2 active sharigan can he not use susano'o anymore?

How come Izanami does not take both Senju and Uchiha DNA like Izanagi. I am confused why one would take both but the other only take one. Unless my info is wrong in the first place. Izanami seems just as powerful if not more. As far as your question goes I would assume so.

Izanagi doesn't require both Uchiha and Senju. A perfect or complete Izanagi does. Tobi's Izanagi is better than Danzo's. Itachi's Izanami probably isn't perfect because he doesn't have Senju.

He actually shouldn't be able to, but who knows. When he fought Sasuke he used it despite being blind on one eye, so it seems to be anchored in the genes somehow, as long as the eye is still in its socket.

I dont think it's that. It makes sense an Uchicha can use Izanagi, but to acess its full power, I speculate you need Senju Dna. Which would explain Danzo using Senju dna to use Izanagi up to 1 min per eye.

itachi is in the edo tensei so he has the regenerative ability so he can get his sharingan back.

Normally it's not only Susanoo that he can't but also Tsukiyomi(his left eye is blind and he cast tsukiyomi with it), unless it regenerates like said earlier. But if not, Itachi could really have great problems if Kabuto somehow manage to get through Izanami. He couldn't even use illusions anymore. :|
