Who is cooler?

Which Naruto character is not number one in your strength book but Cooler book? Meaning personality, the way he or she acts, etc. I know alot of people will say sasuke but lets face it hes not really THAT cool. So I'm curious on what other people coolest character is. My coolest character is Gaara. He has a calm expression even in bad situations and keep his cool and deal with the situation.

Temari I agree with, but Neji is always obsessing over his destiny, and has prettier hair than most of the female characters. Thats not exactly cool. Unless you define cool by being a douche to everyone around you then suddenly changing your tune because a loser kicks your ass in front of everyone.
