Silly question but is kamui only an MS jutsu?

Im pretty sure thats its only an MS tech for kakashi but wud an uchiha be able to use it with 3 tomoe. Each sharingan has different abilities at any level depending on user so would obito be able to use this s/t jutsu jus like tobi?

maybe, but kakashi has one ms, and he aint a uchiha so he can never fully master the sharingan.

if sauske or itachi had it they can utilize it where they can probly just use a regular sharingan and use kamui or tobi space timne mnigration

i disagree with kakashi he mastered the sharingan he has MS for christ sake

I dont think it matters if your a uchiha by blood. I honestly think that tobi isn't a uchiha he just stole all the eyes from all the dead bodies with danzo.

Yea kakashi has done well for a non uchiha. Hes got the top rank. All the techs are there but theyre jus not quite 100% efficiant as hes not uchiha. However he males up for it by being an efficient person amd findin ways round it

Only few Uchiha was strong , only few Uchiha awake mangekyou .It's not with 3 tomoe level sharingan that a Uchiha would do it.
It's a MS technique Databook comfirm it.

Fair play. Its jus that tobi uses it all the time with 3 tomoe wich puzzles me. Unless its cos hes mastered it so much he dont need to activate MS or its his sharingans special tech
