I want to straighten something up with the base sasuke does not have tsukiyomi because he has ms from what we know it seems like all ms have three techs but tsukiyomi is not one of them it seems wen you get the ms you get a special genjutsu but itachis is referred to as tsukiyomi because of his skill with it jus like shisui has koto whatever the name is shisui used his to control opponents itachi used his to manipulate time thats why they have different titles sasuke skill with the tech isnt on that level thats why he jus refers to it as genjutsu sharingan

Apparently the entire staff of the site, since there are editors who change anything incorrect. Also since tsukuyomi is listed as a prerequisite of susano'o, and sasuke uses susano'o. He has it.

Sasuke does have Tsukuyomi. It is stated in the Databook that the only way to be able to use Susano'o is if you awaken Tsukuyomi on one eye and Amaterasu on the other eye after awakening MS. And even if you awaken both techs, that does not guarantee that you will be able to use Susano'o.

Please do not fight back as you will be flamed with Amaterasu.

Sasuke's Left eye could cast Amaterasu, His right could manipulate Amaterasu at his will. He has no tsukuyomi as Itachi's, but remember Sasuke's sharingan genjutsu is powerful enough to resist Itachis's tsukuyomi.

Nice rep but Itachi transferred it occular techs to Sasuke which would give him Tsukiyomi but he just can't control it like Itachi but I like the theory. Like you said it seems as each MS user has a Physical attack in one eye and a genjutsu in the other and together they create Susanno. If Sasuke would have unlocked it on his own and it had not been given to him by Itachi I would agree with your statement.
