Do I need to know any elements on my charecter bio? If I don't, can I learn them later? What rank jutsus can I put? If I don't have any elements can I still put jutsus up on bio? Help please.

You dont start knowing any elements however you do choose your first element and say (in training beside it) As for the what jutsu's you start with you can take a look at my bio i made when i reached 50 post and those were the jutsu's i could start with. But you have to find someone to teach you element jutsu and any other jutsus.

And yes, you have more than 50 posts so you can make your biography. However, biographies with certain Kekkei Genkai or who belong to certain clan's are restricted. You can check those restrictions
