Good. The whole advantage/disadvantage thing isn't needed, but you can do it if you want.
As for the first one, the chakra creates the petals, don't worry about it.
(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 10 - 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent is simply the user giving off their pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user
Ok, generally this is the one that requires 2 ranks difference (since I've seen last seen it used in a test). Focus your killing intent, all your hate, everything you wish bad to happen to that person and focus it on them.
(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.
Simply infuse a black rope (if you have it on you) with chakra. Hold it around your enemy to trap them/restrict them.
(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.
Basically, throw the shuriken and use your chakra to enlarge it/expand it. Can't say much more.
(Ninpo: Kakuu no mai ) - Ninja Art: Arrial Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release several barrages of kunai at their opponent.
throw several kunai at your opponent, and then again, and then again. This one is stupid to perform, I know >.>
I will continue with the advantages/disadvatages as it helps me to think how it could be countered and if it's wrong you could always point it out xd. Plus I'm used to it and be a shame to stop it now.

I first create a clone as I can't possibly hate my own sensei!!!!
*Creates Clone*
Then I take a deep breath, breathing in and out, calming myself down, then I think about all the things that is wrong with this world. Raising the hate level up a little bit. Then I start to think about everything that has happened to be all at once in order from birth till now, all the bad things in school, and after school. Multiply and increasing the hate level at every memory that was a bad memory. Once it's gets to the raging point I release all my chakra out towards the clone with the intent to kill. Raging feelings are infused with my chakra, which in turn gets to my clone. The clone then is frozen, not being able to move at all, almost fainting and then goes poofie from experiencing a near death experience. I know what happened to the clone as the information is fed back to me after it went poofie xd
Advantages:
-Seen Pervy use this, while he was grim level. Impossible to counter I think when there is that much of a rank difference.
-Great first attack as the opponents can't interupt or block O__O
Disadvatanges:
-Has to be used against a ninja rank that is 2 levels down to be completly effective.
-Do not see a real disadvantages.
(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.
*Steals black rope from sensei!!!!!*
After I successfully steal the black rope, I create a clone so that I can practice this technique. Once done so I infuse it with my own chakra to the black rope so that it would be extra tight and hard to get out of. Then I tie the rope around the clone, tightly as possible and then watch the clone to struggle trying to get out by using normal means and without jutsu. He is unsuccessful.
Advantages:
-To be honest, I see no advantages, except for tieing the opponent down that doesn't know any jutsu's.
Disadvantages:
-Hard to escape by normal means but easy to escape by simply putting more chakra into the rope
-Have to trap the opponent first
-Better to just knock them out and then tie them up I suppose.
(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.
*Steals demon wind shuriken O___O*
Once the demon wind shuriken is in my hands I take aim at a nearby tree and then I throw it. Soon as I let it go, I quickly gather some chakra and use it to manipulate the size of the shuriken, 3x bigger than it's normal size. Due to the size it cuts the tree down once it penetrates.
Advantages:
-If the timing is right, you could enlarge it while the opponent is throwing a shuriken to block it. The size will over come this and keep heading towards the opponent.
-Can't be blocked by a normal kunai or shuriken
Disadvantages:
-Increasing it's power due to size, means the speed will decrease logically.
-Powerful wind jutsu should be able to take care of this attack.
-Best to perform in a combination according to the strategy of the battle
(Ninpo: Kakuu no mai ) - Ninja Art: Arrial Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release several barrages of kunai at their opponent.
~____________________~
I pull out a crap load of kunai's and then take aim and throw it at a nearby tree. I throw each one using both of my hands and throw one right after the other. In succession so that it will arrive shortly after the first one hits the tree. There are a multiple kunai's stuck to the tree now.
Advantages:
-More kunai's, means more projectiles to defend
Disadvantages:
-In our RP, wasting a move on it when normally you could just throw it.
-Easily counterable using multiple ninjutsu techniques which to include the elemental ninjutsu techniques. There are so many, can't name em all...
-Some could be returned back towards you, which is a drag...
