Is gedo mazo a contract summoning?

not trying to start a vs thread but lets say for example nagato and minato start fighting and nagato uses gedo mazo and minato uses a contract seal on nagato would gedo mazo still be in nagato's control?

like when minato did a contract seal on tobi and got rid of his control on kurama would that work on nagato and gedo mazo?

This is what i have been trying to figure out
is the summoning the same in animals and gedo mazo??
becoz imo if tobi vs nagato vs madara happens and if they summon the gedo mazo at the same time then imo nagato gets the gedo mazo becoz he might have signed a contract with the gedo mazo :noc:

so if minato vs naruto vs jiraiya happens and everyone summons gamabunta
then jiraiya will get the summon as he is the first one to sign the contract :noc:

technically gedo is a summon
but it is not a living being
its a statue
so there is no contract
so the contract seal will have no effect

If minato was to try this on lets say another summonings, so for example enma it wouldnt work. Not only does sarutobi and enma have a contract together, enma has its own mind. It isnt being controlled by anything, so even if minato was to use the contract seal, enma's mind wouldnt be affected because he wasnt controlled in the first place.
