Ahhhhh. I love Garra but ugh. Kisame probably takes this. He is the perfect jin hunter. And his water techs would make it a bistch for Garra to use his sand. Shukaku's insane chakra would be super helpful to Garra but I can't really see him beating Kisame unless he gets super lucky or pulls something that can some how KO him outta his a$$.

Umh you post doesn't make sense, first in another thread with Jiraiya you say oil won't work... her you say oil will work and not water....

anyways Kisame wins, he makes a massive dome of water around them and turns into his shark mode which makes him more powerful than a jinchuriki.....
