Why people saying Itachi> or equal to nagato but sasuke <Nagato?

The still said it but sasuke have show us he small,power,creative etc in part 1 and part 2.IF Itachi is greater than or equal to nagato only at MS lvl then sasuke should better than nagato at EMS LVL

Madara give nagato the rinnegan.However nagato is not an uchiha so he cannot use the eyes to it true potential.Itachi use his sharingan well but have not obtain ems or rinnegan yet.They both consider to be equal to each other in that aspect .However when it come to intelligent,skills and creativity itachi have the upper hand.Nagato is just rawr power and that all.Nagato can just spam rinnegan and win a battle but itachi can think it throught and beat nagato so easy like he did when they both were edo tensi.

Tbh yes he's was an edo he could have spammed Yasataga + Kishi didnt want to make Naruto look even worst than he already did so he just added them to that
