[Theory] itachis gaurd was not down, izanami is in effect

after reading many posts on weather or not itachi has activated IZANAMI
i will explain why i think it is

first of all

i don't think he purposely deactivated his susanoo, if sasuke was smart enough to still have his defence up why wouldn't itachi be? his susanoo was not active because izanami had already taken its effect by taking his right magekyos light/vision

using susanoo requires a double mangekyo wich he no longer has now due to izanami so he can't use susanoo anymore

i think this is later backed by the image of him while being sliced in two by kabuto where you can see his right eye is darkened


- all in all this is just my THEORY of izanami being successfully activated
and hope this can back some other itachi izanami fans cheers!!!

Forget izanami, itachi isnt fazed at all by kabuto. He is still remaining calm, reminding sasuke what the objective is but at the same time lecturing kabuto, he even broke his heart so much so that kabuto shed a tear.

itachi is calm in every battle thats just who he is.
so course he aint gonnah be hypoly excited in any situation
he likes to stay calm no matter what...
at the begining when he and sasuke first arrived at kabutos lair he was shocked finding out that it was worse than he thought
resorting to izanimi i think means he is phased sacrificing light in eyes is a last resort move is pretty desperate can i say??
