why does kishi only release 1 damn manga a week? does he have control over this?!?!?!

ive been wondering why is 1 manga released every week? why not 2 mangas

i mean waiting a whole week for a 17 page chap that may not even be good kind of pisses me off why doesn't he release more?

does he have control of how many he can release or doesn't he?

And it is suppos to be exciting for each chapters, so if he starts to give out two and two, the exciting would be gone.

No he doesn't have control of it + he has to draw it and I have read other mangas that are released like every 3 weeks or 1 month so don't complain

You need to read One Piece, I thought it was weird myself, but I started reading last week-end and ended up reading the manga through Saturday and Sunday, heck, I couldn't wait to get over wid skul 3day so that I could read it! Try it, much better than Naruto - I'm not saying that Naruto sucks but One Piece is packed with everything, right now Naruto is so upsetting and depressing as well...

omg.. im not trying to diss him at his work his a very good artist im just saying waiting a whole week for 1 single chap less then 17 pages is kind of lame sometimes. and sometimes the chap isnt even good.

It takes time and effort to draw a manga, I should know because im working on one right now and let me tell you, I have so much respect for Kishi for putting out these highly detailed chapters, even at 15 pages, every week. Granted he has just about every hour of the week to work on them, I dare you to go and try the ENTIRE process of making a single manga chapter from start to finish within seven days.

Thats, planning and scripting the pages (either 15, 17, or 19 pages); sketching the pages (and, oh by the way, if you dont have software to make them digitally it takes even longer to draw each pannel); inking the pages; adding tone to the pages; and finally adding speech bubbles to the pages. (theres a lot more steps for actual mangaka as they have to market their manga). Go ahead. Give it a try.

i wasnt trying to diss his work i know it takes time but i was just saying its kinda lame how we have to wait a whole week or more then a week for 1 single chap less then 17 chaps that may not even be good...

and i have no need to write a manga my goal is to finish my medical field in highschool
