i think may be that power was tsukuyomi but kabuto immuned him by preparing ... so thats y he said... "you had several techniques that stopped the war" .. meaning his tsukuyomi could stop kabuto but now that kabuto is prepared it wont affect him and so he used past tense here

this fight is boring as F@%$ , i hope kishi switches up to another one hopefully tobi vs naruto fight that fight is prabaly a whole lot more action and cooler flashbacks , but then again i dont know how this war will play out.
