I know that but when I consider a statement in which that someone says one person solos the other, I see it as using only their skill. Or maybe I just think edo is cheap as hell. Either way, yea Kabuto is strong but he can still be killed even with his summons. Kakashi has been shown to be able to kamui and fast moving missile and the entire arrow from Sasuke's susanoo. If it was one on one, Kakashi can kamui Kabuto, kill him that way, and then get killed by his edo summons.

Kakashi can warp a whole body. If he didn't managed to do it against Deidara, it was because he couldn't control his jutsu. He said it himself. But against Asura, he said it here:

with my chakra so depleted, i won't be able to get his whole body, but that means, he wasn't capable to only cuz he didn't had enough chakra at that time, but that Kakashi with enough chakra(at full power for example) could warp a whole body. You can even notice that against Tobi, he intended to warp his complet body away, before realising it won't work.
