Unfortunately s06p wasn't a ninja..He was just a monk who discovered chakra etc..

A ninja is someone who does missions for money, espionage, spying etc, all those things are ninjas

And yes with edo he can solo anyone, he's the 1st strongest ninja in the manga
followed by tobi with 6 bijuus

he didnt "create" a war. the war was happening with or without him lol he just made it harder for the other side. i say nagato can beat him though(or at least give him a good fight), at least till we've seen kabuto pushed to his limits
