If Darui inherited black lightning from 3rd Raikage, why didn't 3rd Raikage use it at all?
Also, woudln't it have seen sick if 3rd Raikage used black lightning armor? I'm sure that's very much possible, we all know he has a crap load of chakraxd

It'd be sick if Kishi would show us everything but he doesnt to keep you thinking. Example: KA, Tobi's appearence, The other Character's abilities like Rock Lee or Neji.
