Sasuke=amaterasu/tsukyomi
Madara= we already know he has tsukyomi since he planned on using it on the moon...since he used susanno, he has amaterasu also

I made this thread so long ago lol. People changed their views since then. Some people claim Sasuke doesn't have Tsuykomi. If thats true Madara could have some new EMS power we havent seen.
