Sasuke won't get the Rinnegan without Senju DNA as per KNOWN facts of the manga. Sasuke Reg. Sasuke dodge Amaterasu just running and if everyone forgot Sasuke doesn't have the Yata Mirror TBB? Sasuke doesn't stand a chance right now.

At their current levels, Sasuke doesn't have a chance. Naruto is far too fast and Kurama puts him in a different league than Sasuke.

That being said, Sasuke is due for a power-up, and I am sure that his development will put the two on relatively equal terms. But I think that people are missing the whole underlying premise of Naruto vs. Sasuke. Kishi has indicated throughout the series that their conflict is more philosophical than anything else. Naruto relies on friendship and hard work in order to overcome situations while Sasuke abandons his allies in order to pursue individual strength. I think that this element will play a major role in their upcoming final showdown.

As for the business about Amaterasu, Naruto is far too fast for Amaterasu to be effective if it is used like it was against A. Sasuke has demonstrated other uses for the technique, though. In essence, he has turned Amaterasu into his defensive technique and seems to be making Sasanoo his primary offensive technique. Plus, he has his fire and lightning abilities, which could be upgraded and be more effective in the future. Honestly, I'm not even sure if Amaterasu can burn the Kyuubi Cloak since it is pure chakra. I think the cloak would act much like Gaara's sand in that while individual sections could be burned, but the fact that it is not a singular physical object (like an arm, building, etc.) would likely keep the whole cloak from burning.

Kishimoto-sensei clearly stated in an interview that for every power up Naruto receives, Sasuke gets one too so we can safely assume that when they have their fight, they will be equal in strength.
If it was already decided from the start who would be the winner, it wouldn't be interesting to watch the fight, now would it?
So yes, I believe Sasuke has a chance against Naruto. The question is: when it comes down to it and there's no other choice than to kill Sasuke if it means preserving the peace in the ninja world, will Naruto be able to do this? Will he be able to kill his best friend? I don't think he can. For Naruto, his bond with other people is one of the most important things he has. He won't give those up easily

sasuke can't get rinnegan without senju DNA ?? Where did you get that from? Link plz... last time i checked, after series of experiment with oro, kabuto hypnotized that the rinnegan is a natural evolution of the sharingan... And uchiha madara was proof of it.

The only KNOWN case we have of Rinnegan coming from Sharingan is an Uchiha that has Senju DNA coursing through their body. When he fought Hirashima he needed his DNA not his abilities. Harishima's abilities were a HIDDEN jutsu not a kekegenki so he could've just learned it. He needed Harishima's DNA. What was the reason for that. If I recollect correctly (still looking) it was to obtain the Rinnegan. All that aside the knowledge and application to awake to Rinnegan in Sasuke requires too much time for Sasuke to get it. It would make the manga vastly inconsistent (not that it couldn't happen)

Ok i say he has a chance but i dont feel like having a full on discussion so im going to adress somethings about sasuke and his techs you guys dont seem to understand.
People say naruto can just dodge around sasuke til Susanoo drains him. Susanoo is not permanent he can and will released the jutsu like he did against kabuto the only time any uchiha keeps the tech up is when they feel they need a constant defense. If naruto is running away he will conserve chakra by turning the jutsu off. People say naruto can just dodge around his amaterasu which is true but you have to consider the fact that Sasuke can now use the enton flames with exhaused like how he uses the chidori techs, amaterasu is was causes him problems but he can always just keep shooting around enton flames which is different its a different tech from his other sharinghan eye. He with naruto constantly dodging the battle field will be covered with amaterasu how exactly do you think naruto will run around if he let the area get covered with enton. His enton is the flames he uses in examples like surrond susanoo, surrond him and itachi against kabuto, making the enton sword and the ball of enton susanoo holds those do not come from him shooting amaterasu out of his eye and sending it to his hand he just makes them. And it causes no strain and no exhaustion unless its used to to much like any other tech.
