The difference between rp and OP RP is that in OP RP you can use whatever technique you want no matter if it´s OP or if it´s yours.
You can use whatever technique you want, you can even use non-existing techniques that you made up aslong as they make sense within naruto context, just let the creativity shine.

Konoha town is better, it´s for rp and yet it´s not the rp of the battle arena, that´s why i made it here.
