About Kiba... Yeah, them 4 guys (Naru, Shika, Cho, Kiba) used to sneak out of class together, and stuff. But when Naruto had to fight Kiba in Chuunin exams, it didn't look like Kiba liked Naruto. But after that beating, he sure started liking Naruto, just like Neji.

But seriously people seem to forget that Shika, CHouji, Kiba and Naruto were friends from way, way back. I would say that they were the first people to actually talk to naruto and be nice to him. I thought Iruka might have been first, but he only started being really nice jutsu before naruto graduated. And Shika, CHouji, Kiba and Naruto used to hand out in the early days of the academy.

I would put my money on either Kiba, Shika or Chouji

All four used to sneak out of class and hang out together, so they have been good friends for a long time. And this is in the academy days, before people from team 7 even acknowledge him.

Kiba and naruto were always rivals, of course he was gonna talk smack to him. They both wanted to be the Hokage at that point (kiba obviously failed, and I can say that as a Kiba-fan). But anyway they were always friends. People don't seem to notice that during the chuunin exam finals Kiba was actually the first person out of the whole crowd to cheer and support naruto (and he walked in late). You would think if he didn't like naruto than he would be bitter since you know naruto beat him with a fart haha

I think he gets along with a lot of people.. But he does share his feelings with anybody.. Maybe Sasuke then.. Even though Sasuke would not agree right now..

I guess that is the problem of being so strong, you have lot of friends but no best friends..

Seriously? -_- Sasuke is still his best friend - why else would he keep chasing him and trying to bring him back? It's not because he promised Sakura he would bring him back - it's because he wants to get his best friend back. He said it so himself 'What kind of hokage would I be if I couldn't even bring a friend back?' Or something of that order.
He still considers Sasuke as his best friend, even if he's a missing nin now and he hasn't spend much time with him. (I have a best friend in America, we know everything of each other, yet we haven't seen each other in real life yet. I have a best friend here in my own country, yet we can't meet up regularly because of uni. Distance doesn't matter in friendship)
Sure he's friends with Gaara, Kiba, Shikamaru, Bee etc but he still considers Sasuke as his best friend and that won't change.
