By making ones chakra flow like a liquid by manipulating the chakra to rapidlyu move around which immitates the initial speed of the molecules that allows water to flow so freely.

You can either emit it from your mouth (if the jutsu states it that you don't have to use a water source, or manipulate nearby water)

Now, emit some mist from your mouth so the environment will be filled with moist. You got to channel your sution chakra into your mouth, more like create vapor and emit it.

I release the chakara slowly and carefully from my hands and manipulate the shape of it creating a water sword. I then start shaving the hair off Sempai's back waith the water sword while maintaning the shape of it with my chakara.* xd

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

We're standing ontop of a lake but don't mind that xd As the shark had risen out of the water, I channel chakra into my hands creating two shrouds of chakra then I slap it away.

Good. Next is try to manipulate the water underneath me into emerging spikes.

I know I must manipulate the shape while making it rise simutaniously so I make blobs of water emerge from the ground at you but quickly changing the tops of them into spikes.*
