Can the kyuubi cloak work like susano?

I have read threads related to the cloak(they were many, i couldnt read all of them) but i was wondering, can the kyuubi cloak(the current one naruto uses) protect naruto from physical attacks like the susano does with the uchiha with MS?
Does it stain the health of his body like old four tail cloak he used before he had controlled the kyuubi?
Does it stain the health of his body like the susano does?

it does differently and the damage too. the cloak can damage a lot i think...

The full Bijuu Cloak , I am preety sure that it can protect Naruto from ShitLoads of Damage , But I doubt the Chakra Cloak Could though.

The second stage Cloak ( The one he goes when he rages , Like the fight against pain ) Can also defend from attacks well , As shown when even Orochimaru's Legendary Blade couldn't pierce through and it also withstood Pain's shinra tensei .

I don't think the Rage Cloak or Second Stage Cloak will Stain His health anymore though. Bee uses it and He is perfectly fine and not damaged..I am preety sure if Naruto can transform to the full Bijuu without hurting or being in pain , The second stage cloak won't harm him . It is the coordination between beast and jinchuriki , I believe.
