I think SM is his physically strongest mode but I could be wrong, in KM and BM I haven't seen him throwing rhino's up in the air like he did in SM and also like when he done his frog punch inside the 4 tails mouth.

But with Bujii-dama(Ninjitsu,Chakra based Attack), he was trying to say with punch/physical and i'm thinking that way too. Because of you are using Nature's Chakra, it's why Kabuto is on another league from others or closest person to So6P.

+physical boost
+Danger Sense/chakra sense/ or Chakra Sense
+able to manipulate non-living objects with nature's chakra
+regen
