Pain will get killed easily. Kakashi alone was able to handle Shurado and Deva while he didn't even knew their secrets. Now that he knows Rinnengans abilities(Gai even said they had a plan to counter them), it will be much more easy for him+Gais help, Darui, Shikaku there for strategies, and the rest of the army. Pain is strong, but with knowledge they can't do much damage.
