It depends, really.
The Paths of Pain are powerful, and a large-scale Shinra Tensei could probably do some damage, but I think that the vast numbers of the Joint Shinobi army would eventually overwhelm Pain.
Also, let's not forget that Kakashi, Gai, and most of the Konoha 11 will be in the fight, as well as respectable shinobi from other nations.

ur pitting 6 ppl again wat was it, i think 10k, and u want me to explain y the 6 ppl would lose... to say pain would win is just being an extreme fan... 6 ppl CAN NOT IN ANY WAY take on 10k... there are countless other S class jonin in there even if you take out the kages and jinchurike... i can make up probably a 10 to 15 man group that can take out the 6 paths of pain, let alone a 10k man group.

even these techniques will not take out that many shinobi... and using these techniques guarentees pains loss imidiatly following after he uses it... also he can not use these techniques while controlling six bodies...also good earth users can even keep the body count down while these techniques are being used...
