Sasuke with lightning armor

1. his sharingan allows him to copy jutsu and read the movements
now this doesnt mean he can copy the speed, as shown in his fight with lee, lee was much faster so his body couldnt keep up with it.
2. he cant copy lightning armor jutsu

The speed depends on the degree of the lightning armor and the base speed of the ninja also. Lightning armor upgrade the base speed like gates for example, and we already know that Sasukes base speed is already high, so i don't see why he can't move as fast as the Raikage if he can copy it.

You guys are wrong in so many ways...a perfect example:check at the end of naruto shippuden like this week's episode and you will see sasuke in lighting armor.

He's already got Susano'o armor, so he isn't going to get lightning armor like A has.

Sasuke has an enormous amount of chackra why do you think he is able to spam susanoo but he doesnt have control like the raikages to coat his body for long periods of time
