Kakashi in the top 15? Yeah right.

I Feel Kakashi is So highly Underrate Sometimes, Sure if you Count the Dead Ninja he isn't in the top 15.

But Still, He is Highly Skilled in Nin/Tai, Somewhat in Gen but hasn't shown Much, He is Very Fast and stelathy (Praised by Tobi), His analytical Skills are Top Tier (being Praised by Tobi Again), He can Figure out a Jutsu and Make a Tatic to Counter it or exploit It's weakness Very quickly.

Yes he lacks Chakra But he is Very good at Chakra controll and hardly ever wastes Chakra unnecessarily, Even move he makes counts, Just Like Itachi.

• 2nd Mizukage

• 4th and 3rd Raikage
• Kabuto
• Tobi
• Bee
• Nagato
• Jiraya
• Orochimaru

That's if i don't count Hiruzen(hype), Hanzo(hype), 2nd Hokage(hype), and maybe others.
Maybe i've even forgotten some others, but against the rest i believe that even if he will surely have a hard time against some, he can win.

if ninjas where a currency... edisu = 1 ninja..
kakashi = 5 ninja
jiraiya=10 ninja
naruto/sasuke/=50 ninja
hashidara=55 ninja
tobi/kabuto=80 ninja
so6p=100 ninja
hes a very strong shinobi.... but compared too jiraiya upwards he is shit.... but in reality take away the above.... he is top 15... but with akatsuki etc. no way near 20

i think he is in top 15. he's impressive use of the sharigan when he is not even a uchai, he impressive use with his kamui, his great taijutsu and analyzing skills and intellect not to mention we havent even seen his whole arsenal yet the only think he lacks is his stamina and chakrs reserves TBH

To use sharingan that well and not be an uchiha....id say hes pretty good. Plus he knows over a 1000 jutsu and is quik as fook. Theres more to being a hokage than strength, kakashi is very wise and always trys to pick the best options for everyone. Also for some one with such a dark past hes a nice guy. Look at sasugay, hes had a dark past but cudnt handle it so turned into a tw@

Kakshi is in top 30 kakshi people dead and in top 15 alive kakshi I would believe everybody likes him or most people like him I prefer not to do threads with kakshi because he is skill enough to be nominated as hokage he is strong . I don't like when people overrate or underrate him . He is repected by every one in naruto even the other kakges repect his power. And I see a lot of on this thread underestimate his abilities and said he barely make top40
