Not all the uchiha clan can awaken the sharingan ,right?I feel that kabuto could be a uchiha without a sharingan.Kabuto and itachi was talking and about the uchiha and how it power ,but why will he do a flash back in relation to the topic about the uchiha?Do u think he was remembering fragment uchiha massacre during the flash back?

Nah going to have to disagree. All Uchihas have cool black hair. Kabuto is lacking this style.

because technically naruto is a namikaze, not a full uzumaki. they set his last name as uzumaki because they didnt want anyone to find out he was minato;s son.

You have given some valid points, but there are some reasons why Kabuto cannot be an Uchiha -

1. He lack black hair.
2. He doesn't have the sharingan, you say, he have not awakened it yet, or he does not have it. thats wrong, Every Uchiha has the potential to awaken the Sharingan. Only death near situation is needed, and i think kabuto have experienced death like experience plus, killing someone close to him, his adoptive mother, either way, he would have obtained Sharingan and MS both.
3. Orochimaru is no fool, he would have gradually realised either by experience or experiments that kabuto is a uchiha.

Kabuto is 2 years older than Itachi. Itachi Was 13 when he Killed his clan. Kabuto was a little kid when he was found. And definitely not 15.
Also all Uchiha's have black hair. ALL. Black hair have stronger Genes than pretty much any other color of hair
Also with the skill level Kabuto had he would probably be able to get Sharingan. ( I know it doesn't exactly work like that but still )
