Who has the most knowledge on the Rinnegan?

It's a tough choice. I think Tobi because Nagato was a pawn, and you never know what Zetsu recorded. As for Madara: I think he's still trying to learn some of the techniques, or just doesn't want to show us any Rinnegan techniques. I just know Tobi seems to know everything. xd And just because they had something for the longest doesn't mean they know the most about it.

He knows well to use it even he didnt use them before. You need to knowledge about them if you'll use. How could you use paths or another powers? He obtain this power, it is a really big deal. He was able to gain that power after So6P,no one else other ones taked from him/he gave them and i think it needs knowledge U_U even he planned to revived himself by Nagato.

Nagato was using it for many years- imo he is the most experienced and whether he is knowledgeable that point is debatable
Tobi and madara- they seem to be knowledegeable but i dont think they are that experienced in using the techs as nagato is

Why wouldnt they use it them selves if they were better Rinnegan users than Nagato? Idk i can see why Madara or tobi would be better seeing as they had rinnegan before nagato.

But why go through all that trouble of giving Nagato the rinnegan? Maybe they knew he would master it the way they couldnt?? Idk i guess we wont find out till later hopefully

It doesn't matter how experienced they are with the Rinnegan. Experience and Knowledge are completely different. That's why I eliminated Nagato. That just left Tobi and Madara, and I just figured that Tobi probably knew more about the Rinnegan than Madara because it seems like Tobi knows all. xd

Nagato easy..... tobi/Madara might know more but Nagato has used it for 20 years he knows his way around the eyes. Tobi/Madara (obtained/Madara) has only researched or how ever he gained the knowledge about the Rinnegan. Although tobi is mystery ...... so it maybe him some how but I would bet my money on Nagato
