Tough decision ...
I'd say Jiraiya and Tsunade with extreme difficutly.
Interesting matchup though between a KG, Speed, Sage Mode, and Uber-healing though.

I'd also give it to J-Man, and Tsunade, mid-high difficulty. J-man is a beast.

The sannins, but they will be in a almost as bad status as Mei&A

its a hard one.. but since tsunade and jiraiya has much experience as a team, they will surely help them come out of their draw backs... like until jiraiya enters in sm tsunade can use her slug and herself to buy some time...

The sannins together as a team created a insane synergy. Tsunade and Jiraiya together is a perfect combo. I think Jiraiyas ninjutsu is greater than Mei's, and we know Tsunades strength is stronger than A's. So Ill go with konoha here.

Sannin high diff.
they both will wipe out Gamabunta and katsuyu and they will be big help, and so far in the story there is no sign that A or mei can summon a creature to help.
jiraiya will enter sage mode and that will be able to keep A busy, and tsunade with the help of katsuyu might be able to keep Mei busy enough until Jiraiya gain upperhand, then proceed to help tsunade.
Sannin have incredible team work and I think with tsunade could heal jiraiya that's big advantage because A or Mei both aren't healer.
