Kabuto now has unlimited energy (Nature chakra from Juugo), triple healing factor without hand seals (His own, Orochimaru's and Karin's), sensory abilities (Sage mode, and Karin's), can turn his body into water, the one of a kind bone Bloodline Limit, Genjutsu (Tayuya), super strength (Jirobo), malleable body, (Sakon and Orochimaru), unbreakable webs, chakra drain (Jirobo), the ability to animate inanimate objects, and probably even a set of Sharingan. Kabuto most likely has Uchiha DNA in himself because he lived with Sasuke for three years, plus he also had access to Itachi's DNA.

There's a reason someone as informed as Kabuto said he's closest to being the sage, and even if you hate him, you cannot deny his power.
