what is tobi hiding under those bandages?

so yea....a guy today brought up a manga page of madara explaining his past. In the background you can see several uchiha along with madara....if you look closely u can see in the background an uchiha with an eye in the middle of his forehead...does anyone know what thay is? but thats just part of the question. After seeing that it made me think of that fight between konan and tobi. when his mask broke he had bandages on his forehead..what is he covering? could there be another eye there? why does his mask have another eye hole at the top where the bandages should be? I think that may be a clue to who tobi is.

ok so what is it?? the more u zoom in...the more it looks like an eye.. u can say its just a tatoo...but thats just too random dude. the same way the ten tails having the rinnagan and sharingan is random....the same way naruto bijuu mode looks like sage of six paths....THIS IS ALL TOO CONVENIENT!!

if u watch the anime there would be no third eye. this means it is a tatoo or a seal in the shape of an eye
