Easy answer, the 3rd Raikage wins med-diff. Amaterasu would be annoying, it raises from low-diff to med-diff.

Way to underrate Sasuke. How is Raikage getting pasta a Perfect Susanoo with Blaze Release covering it?

While I do believe that the 3rd could dodge Amaterasu, there is nothing actually stating that he's as fast as his son.

But here we see that the only person that surpassed the Raikage in speed was Minato.

But I could be wrong, seeing as in the 3rd picture, the Hachibi was unsealed and in the fourth, it was sealed in an adult Killer Bee.

sasuke has no chance. You might think im underestimating sasuke but seriously the 3rd raikage is gonna win. The 3rd has enormous chakra reserves and could literally fight on par with a tailed beast. Everyone is sayin " O well the 3rd cant get past susano and blaze release." The guy took a direct hit from a rasen shuriken and took no damage. None at all. I doubt a susano and blaze release is gonna stop him, and even if he did get set on fire with the blaze release his skin is such a rock solid defense that he could probly go on for hours set on fire like that. The 3rds speed is on par with A's and he can dodge amatresu and not get caugt in genjutsu. IMO his strongest spear attack can get through susano, and if sasuke gets hit with that its over.

The third has impenetrable skin (only one that can harm him is himself)

It wasn't the fourth Raikage that broke or cracked Madara's susanoo's ribs, it was Tsunade, and The 4th Raikage needed Oonoki to preform more damage by making The Raikage heavier
