Is Kimimaro stronger than Sasuke?

In new manga, we saw that Tayuya used so strong genjutsu that Sasuke and Itachi must use MS to break this technique.
Kidomaru created spider web stronger than blade of Kusanagi.
And we know Kimimaro beat sound five solo.
How is it possible?
Was Kimimaro so strong or those techniques are make Sage Mod stronger?

True. EMS Sasuke is now in a different league to Kimmimaro. I think that Kabuto's Sage Mode enhanced his abilities, there's no way if he normally used that attack it would have such power :noc:

I read the title. It was misleading. Read your thread. SM probably enhanced his abilities. What has this got to do with whether Kimimaro is stronger than Sasuke? I read the last line, seems you were trying to reach that conclusion.

What surprise me is that the combination Kidoumaru+Kimimaro+Tayuya could have beat them if they were alone(Sasuke or Itachi). Does that mean that they are stronger? I think there is plot no jutsu here

Actually if she uses his Genjutsu all of them would be in her genjitsu except her because it is using Sound everyone hear and would be in her genjitsu. So it is not usable when situation is 5v1 if you have allies and if you remember Shikamaru escaped with too without even 1-tomoe Sharingan. If you hurt yourself you will be free. And Kimimaro's KG is really good for that condition. But about this thread, EMS is far far away from kimimaro's KG and powers, but he would give really good fight or try i think :noc:

Sasuke will bury kimmimaro. But i have to agree that kimmimaro was very underestimated. He and orochimaru killed the fourth hokage himself, he should be in people's top 30 list.

Sasuke's high kage tier. Kimimaro is high jonin tier. Low kage at most. I'm guessing Kabuto made their abilities stronger somehow.

Maybe Kimimaro just happened to have the the capability to counter that specific genjutsu. Maybe he used his Shikotsumyaku to block his hearing? It's not always about raw power and more about using the right jutsu for the right situation.

Unfortunately, EMS Sasuke has genjutsu and amaterasu to beat Kimimaro, though I'd really like to say Kimi.
